Hallow's End (2003)

It’s Halloween in the sleepy, college town of Hallow’s End. While eight friends are building the scariest Haunted House the locals have ever seen, a book of Black Magic spells is found. Evil forces are awakened and prepare their own Halloween surprises for the unsuspecting visitors.

Doors shut by themselves. Screams wail. The keepers of the house are now its victims. Vampires, zombies and pirates are no longer just Halloween costumes, but killers that lurk behind every door, hall and tombstone. As victim by victim is found, the corpses pile up and only a few soul survivors are left to battle the remaining evils of Hallow’s End.
